FITTEAM LOYALTY PROGRAM

BRAND PARTNERS:

The FITTEAM Loyalty Program is a program that is automatically renewable each month with a credit or debit card maintained on file with FITTEAM GLOBAL (PCI Compliant). Upon agreeing to these terms, your Loyalty Program is set to 80pv during the Brand Partner enrollment process. The Brand Partner may make adjustments to their Loyalty Program subscription, up to 3-days before the Loyalty Program processes, in the Virtual Office of the FITTEAM GLOBAL website, located at FITTEAMVirtualOffice.com, using the Brand Partner# assigned and the Password provided at the time of enrollment. Cancellation requests will be effective in the calendar month in which FITTEAM GLOBAL receives written notice, or the Brand Partner has submitted a ticket, or the Brand Partner has called (844) FIT-TEAM (348-8326) to cancel, or emailed customerservice@fitteamglobal.com, unless within the 3-days before, or the debit has already been processed. If the notice to cancel is received after the debit has been processed, the cancellation will be effective in the following calendar month. If notice to cancel is received after the debit, processing and shipment of the Loyalty Program order, then the Brand Partner will still be charged the initial shipping upon receiving a FITTEAM GLOBAL Company credit for the product. No Refunds are offered on Loyalty Program orders, nor is the Brand Partner Membership refundable.

CUSTOMER:

The FITTEAM Loyalty Program is a program that is automatically renewable each month with a credit or debit card maintained on file with FITTEAM GLOBAL (PCI Compliant). Upon agreeing to these terms, the Loyalty Program is set to 1 Box of FITTEAM FIT (40pv) during the Preferred Customer enrollment process if your initial order was for 1 box, or 2 boxes of FITTEAM FIT (80pv) if your initial order was for 2 or more boxes. The Preferred Customer may make adjustments to their Loyalty Program subscription, up to 3-days before the Loyalty Program order processes, in the Virtual  Office of the FITTEAM GLOBAL website, located at FITTEAMCustomerAccount.com, using the Customer Number assigned and the Password provided during the enrollment process. Cancellation requests will be effective in the calendar month in which FITTEAM GLOBAL receives written notice, or the Preferred Customer may call (844) FIT-TEAM (348-8326) to cancel, or email customerservice [at] fitteamglobal.com, unless the debit has already been processed. If the notice to cancel is received after the debit has been processed, the cancellation will be effective in the following calendar month. If notice to cancel is received after the debit, processing and shipment of the Loyalty Program, then the Preferred Customer will still be charged the initial shipping upon receiving a FITTEAM GLOBAL Company credit the product. No Refunds are offered on Loyalty Program orders, nor is the Preferred Customer Membership refundable.
